Our Model for Production: The US Desktop PC Industry of the 1980s
The US computer personal computer industry in the 1980s was filled with thousands of small desktop computer builders; the US auto industry in the early 20th century was filled with hundreds of companies building cars. We understand that an evolutionary leap forward in developing ultra lights needs a corresponding leap in manufacturing.
Distributed Production and the Shared Licensing Program
The Shared Licensing Agreement would permit all regional producers to aggressively innovate and quickly license technical improvements without waiting for the full intellectual property exercise to take place.
